Do You Know the #1 Reason Writers Give Up On Their Books?
They’re operating in isolation.
It’s easy to fall victim to Imposters Syndrome – who am I to write a book, I’m not perfect – when you’re working on your own.
It’s easy to:
· Lose confidence and wonder if what you have to say has value
· Get overly critical of your work and start seeing what’s wrong
· Lose momentum and energy and find it hard to stay motivated
· Get to a point where the words won’t come and you’re staring at a blank page
· Wonder if all the time and effort (and money?) you’re investing will be worth it
· Question whether you’ve got what it takes to finish the book
Can You Relate?
That’s why I’ve created this Stop Wishing – Start Writing Community.
Why go it alone when you can go it together?
Studies show the most important factor to successful behavioral change is community.
That’s one of the reasons Alcoholics Anonymous and Weight Watchers have been so successful over the year.
Group support is the key to maintaining resolve and sustaining accountability.
My goal is for this to be a “Rising Tide Raising All Writers” community where you feel elevated and celebrated.
